ProjectGorgon:Rattic is a Monstrous Race language spoken by the Ratkin. It shares similarities with ProjectGorgon:Goblinese.
"Ratkin have used this to smoke rattus root and tobacco. (It's a pipe made out of pipes, but note that its name isn't a pun as far as ratkin are concerned, because those two kinds of pipes have completely unrelated words in both Goblinese and Rattic.)
