Sinoca is a poverty plagued town located near ProjectGorgon:Halvue. It is reported to be a warm place, and was once home to ProjectGorgon:Nightshade.
- ProjectGorgon:Gribburn suggests that a Kraken lives somewhere near a lagoon outside the town.
- ProjectGorgon:Syndra maintains an oil research laboratory in the town.
"That fool elf Pennoc invited a traveling circus from ProjectGorgon:Sinoca to come visit here. We're much too small for a circus to normally bother with, but he promised them an exceptionally friendly welcome, in Elven style, and he even promised free room and board for weeks. I would have had Pennoc thrown in the dungeon if we had a dungeon.
