. Seedlings can be obtained as a one-time bonus upon petting 10 wild horses or as a potential reward from completing ProjectGorgon:Horse Thieves events. At the end of a [[ProjectGorgon:Horse Thieves event, players receive rewards and the captured horses are set free and can then be pet and tamed.

The Riding skill must be unlocked to travel on a stabled horse. Riding can be learned by petting 10 wild horses, completing ProjectGorgon:Mythander in Eltibule's ProjectGorgon:Mystery Rocks quest, or by paying Mythander 3000 Councils. Riding stats can be improved by equipping [[ProjectGorgon::Category:Items/Reins|Reins]], [[ProjectGorgon::Category:Items/Horseshoes|Horseshoes]], [[ProjectGorgon::Category:Items/Saddle|Saddles]], and [[ProjectGorgon::Category:Items/Saddlebag|Saddlebags]].

Horses can be bred using the ProjectGorgon:Animal Husbandry skill. Animal husbandry requires ProjectGorgon:Animal Handling level 50 to learn.
