I am a visiting diplomat from the Grand City of Insects. I should explain that it is not actually a grand city yet. However, we have grand plans, so it made sense to choose a name that we could grow into.

Yavazek is a Mantis diplomat sent to Animal Town to help the animals survive. He says he's an ambassador between insects and talking animals, but something is fishy about his story.

As a resident of Animal Town, Yavazek is only willing to hold conversations with characters that have transformed into a Beast Form over 180 real-world minutes prior to the conversation attempt. If you loose track of the time you last transformed, Norbert is willing to tell you how long you have until the other residents will tolerate talking with you. Yavazek believes this policy is pointless, but follows it to stay on Spot's good side.
