The recipe is learned by consuming the Dragonwilds:VESTIGE: Remnants of a Shattered Skull, received randomly as a drop from killing Dragonwilds:Garou Berserkers at a 1/50 drop rate. Its special attack is a small leap with an overhead slam, dealing moderate damage.
