Chiseled sulfur drops as an item if mined by any Minecraft:pickaxe. If mined without a pickaxe, they drop nothing. Template:Breaking row

Chiseled sulfur is used primarily for decoration.
Sulfur cube
Sulfur cubes have the ability to absorb chiseled sulfur, either through picking it up or being interacted with it. This provides the regular/football effect to the mob when hitting it.
