Blightscale is a Dragonwilds:Power level 5 Dragonwilds:Green Dragon located at the south side of the cliffs leading up to the Dragonwilds:Silverthorn Keep, northeast of the ominous gateway. She is immediately past some willow trees and a small set of ruins. There is a spectral door in the small clearing where he's located. The scroll is found near some bones in the clearing. Blightscale has the same attacks and drops as a normal Green Dragon.
