This guide is a simplified overview of all the changes in Minecraft:Minecraft Indev releases, which assumes at least some familiarity with Minecraft:Java Edition Indev 0.31 releases.

Blocks

Minecraft:Farmland	Template:Animate	Created by using a hoe on dirt.	Shovel	Used for growing seeds.
Minecraft:Wheat Crops	Template:Animate	Created by planting seeds on farmland.	Any	Grow into wheat.
Minecraft:Furnace	Template:Animate	Template:Crafting	Pickaxe	Used for smelting items.

Minecraft:Bread	File:Bread JE1 BE1.png	Template:Crafting	Restores 5 health points.
Wooden, stone, iron, golden and diamond Minecraft:hoes	Template:Animate	Template:Crafting	Used for turning dirt into farmland.
Seeds	File:Wheat Seeds JE1 BE1.png	Obtained by using a hoe on grass blocks.	Can be planted on farmland.
Minecraft:Wheat	File:Wheat JE1 BE1.png	Obtained by harvesting fully grown wheat.	Can be crafted into bread.
Golden and diamond Minecraft:helmets	Template:Animate	Template:Crafting	Protect the player from damage when worn.
Golden and diamond Minecraft:chestplates	Template:Animate	Template:Crafting	Protects the player from damage when worn.

Minecraft:Raw Porkchop	File:Raw Porkchop JE1 BE1.png	Drops from pigs.	Restores 3 health points. Can be cooked in a furnace.
Minecraft:Cooked Porkchop	File:Cooked Porkchop JE1.png	Template:Smelting	Restores 8 health points.

There is a now a sun and moon that cycle across the sky, and light levels change based on the time.

Players can now use a furnace to smelt items into new items.
