Summary
Kalaba in Eltibule taught you the basics of ProjectGorgon:Transmutation. He asked you to find weak magical items ("Uncommon" rarity items, with a green label) and turn them into Phlogiston. You learned a Transmutation recipe to do this -- it's in your Recipes menu.
Prerequisites

Preface
"Since I already taught you Transmutation, you're ready to go find weak magical items and turn them into phlogiston for me. Bring me some low-grade packets of Phlogiston.
As a Transmutation beginner, you'll need to find Uncommon (green-label) magic items that are no higher than level 30. Use the Transmutation recipe you learned to distill these items to Phlogiston.

- Collect Some of the Resulting Phlogiston x7
