v0.8.0 alpha build 8 is the seventh and final build version released for Minecraft:Pocket Edition v0.8.0 alpha, as well as the final build released in 2013.
Changes
- Now drop their item form when falling onto blocks they cannot replace, such as Minecraft:torches.
- All Minecraft:wool and Minecraft:carpet variants are now sorted based on their color rather than their block data.

- Fixed double Minecraft:chests becoming unpaired.
- Added back hurt and Minecraft:fire color overlay for Minecraft:mobs.
- The chest inventory now refreshes when two Minecraft:players change the content at the same time.
