MacArthur Naval Base is the largest UEE Navy base in the StarCitizen:United Empire of Earth. Located on the planet StarCitizen:MacArthur (Kilian V), it houses the Navy's headquarters, shipyards, academies, boot camps, and hospitals. Most of MacArthur's surface is occupied by the base, and civilian travel on the planet is tightly restricted as a result.<ref>Template:Cite RSI</ref>
