Trivia

In Spanish, the word tiburón is used to denote a shark, which is a type of large marine predator known for its sharp teeth and streamlined body.<ref>Wikipedia: Tiburon</ref>
The comparison was quickly made (even by StarCitizen:Cloud Imperium developers), that this ship is like a "shark with laser beams". This is in reference to a recurring comedic element in the Austin Powers movies, where villain "Dr. Evil" repeatedly asks his staff he wants "sharks with friggin laser beams attached to their heads".
