FoveaInc is a StarCitizen:human mining company known for its StarCitizen:short carbon operation on StarCitizen:Lorona in the StarCitizen:Banshee system. History

As of StarCitizen:2943, FoveaInc operates a small facility producing StarCitizen:short carbon on the desolate surface of Lorona in the StarCitizen:Banshee system. The facility sits away from the larger mining consortiums, and the company uses that isolation to require its employees to live in on-site housing and shop at company stores, recirculating their wages back to the company. The factory's management attempted to increase output by banning the possession and consumption of alcohol. After repeated employee appeals to overturn the decision failed, the workforce stopped contesting it, and although management believed it had quelled the dispute, the factory's output instead began to decline.

The reduced output prevented Jahr FabriCorp and Vance Superindustrial from producing the laminate that RSI and StarCitizen:Anvil Aerospace use in the construction of their ships, which in turn prevented dealerships from replenishing their inventory.<ref name="kaizen"/>
