21w14a is the sixteenth Minecraft:snapshot for Minecraft:Java Edition 1.17, released on April 7, 2021,<ref>Template:Snap</ref> which adds raw metals and the ability to wax oxidized copper and cut copper, and fixes some bugs and crashes.

• Added Minecraft:raw iron, Minecraft:raw copper and Minecraft:raw gold.
  • Allows Minecraft:Fortune to have an effect on these ores.
  • Drop from their respective Minecraft:ore.
    • The ores can still be obtained with Minecraft:Silk Touch.
  • Can be smelted into an ingot.
  • Minecraft:Piglins attempt to pick up raw gold.

• Added waxed oxidized cut copper stairs and slabs to the stairs and slabs block and item tags, respectively.
• Added raw gold to the piglin_loved item tag.

Trivia

• This version has the same Minecraft:data version as Minecraft:Combat Test 8b, even though these versions should not be compatible with each other.
