The ProjectGorgon:Underwater Cave is a flooded cave. The entrance is at the bottom of the ocean, slightly east of the Northeast Island of ProjectGorgon:Sun Vale

Air Skulls
Suspiciously placed magical skulls capable of releasing air are placed throughout the cave, allowing a traveler to swim safely from its deepest cavern to the exit.
Unusual Ruins
In the deepest part of this cave, a pillar of stone reaches above the waterline into an air pocket. A small circular ruin sits on this pillar, and it appears that someone has set up a small camp. There is a paper that can be read for ProjectGorgon:Lore.
