Debug chests are chests generating with all items in the game. They existed only in development version Minecraft:Java Edition Beta 1.6 Test Build 3.
Generation
11 chests generate as a line in the surface. Sometimes some of them generate in y=0 replacing Minecraft:bedrock.

Debug chests contain every item in the game.
