Minecraft:Void Start Platform

Template:Infobox structure The void start platform is a Minecraft:feature which consists of a 33×33 square of Minecraft:stone, with a single block of Minecraft:cobblestone in the center. One can generate at the origin of Minecraft:superflat worlds with "The Void" preset, as well as in Minecraft:single biome worlds set to [[Minecraft:The Void|Template:Code]] biome. Template:Only

Generation

The void start platform spawns from block positions (-8, -61Template:Only/-64Template:Only, -8) to (24, -61Template:Only/-64Template:Only, 24), and thus the Minecraft:player spawns at Y=-60Template:Only/Y=-63Template:Only. This feature is most easily accessible through "The Void" preset, but it still generates if different layers are specified, even if it gets engulfed. Void start platforms replace any blocks that would obstruct it, including Minecraft:bedrock, when generated underground.

Template:Main Void start platforms are large 33x33 platforms, consisting largely of Minecraft:stone, with a lone Minecraft:cobblestone block in the center.

Trivia

• The player first spawns right above the platform, even if there are layers of full opaque Minecraft:blocks above it, causing Minecraft:suffocation.
