Summary
Some sort of entity spoke to you on Sun Vale Island's south beach. It asked you to remove invasive ice fish via angling.

To start this quest, angle by the south side of the main island of Sun Vale.
Preface
"You don't seem to be an ice fairy. Can you help us? We fish are dying! The ice fairies let loose horrible unnatural fish in the lake. They're making things cold! Please remove them.
