Template:InfoboxNeue Cloud Imperium US, LLC is a US holding company for the Cloud Imperium Group, It's the US equivalent to StarCitizen:Cloud Imperium UK Ltd., situated between the top-level Cloud Imperium parent and the group's American operating subsidiaries, and like its UK counterpart, it does not itself develop StarCitizen:Star Citizen nor StarCitizen:Squadron 42.
History
The company was formed on 7 November 2017, originally under the name Cloud Imperium LLC, before being renamed to Cloud Imperium US, LLC on 8 November 2018, around the same time the equivalent UK company was renamed from Cloud Imperium Games UK Limited to Cloud Imperium UK Ltd.

- StarCitizen:Cloud Imperium Games Texas, LLC is the Austin studio's legal entity, registered in Delaware (filing no. 5231421) and California (filing no. 201808710439 as of 14 March 2018), having previously been registered in Texas (filing no. 802983264)
- StarCitizen:Cloud Imperium Rights, LLC is the group's US intellectual-property holding entity, registered in California under filing no. 201723810140.
Separately, StarCitizen:Cloud Imperium Games Corporation (Delaware filing no. 5143349, California filing no. C3552809) exists as a distinct US corporate lineage and appears to be the earlier, original founding vehicle from 2012, predating the 2017 creation of the LLC holding structure.
