StarCitizen:Cloud Imperium UK Ltd.

It sits between the top-level Cloud Imperium parent and the non US operating subsidiaries, equivalent to StarCitizen:Cloud Imperium US, LLC on the US side. It does not develop nor publish the games itself, its subsidiaries Cloud Imperium Games Ltd and Roberts Space Industries respectively do.

History

The company was incorporated on 13 December 2013 under the name Cloud Imperium Games UK Limited, registered at Freedom House, Church Street, Wilmslow, Cheshire. On 21 December 2018, it gets renamed to its current form, Cloud Imperium UK Ltd., separating its identity from the operating studio subsidiary, Cloud Imperium Games Limited and moving to Manchester Goods Yard, 6 Goods Yard Street, following the group's 2022 relocation of its UK headquarters from Wilmslow to Manchester.
