Forthragarian Caves is a cavern which is part of a sprawling cave system underneath the Povus region. This cave system is often considered split into four sections. The Errruka's Cave, Forthragarian Caves, Nightmare Caves, and Aktaari Cave. Trainers for the majority of the level 90 unlocks can be found in these caves.

Three-Nostriled Skull & The Tripartite Barrier
A large barrier which can only be taken down by eliminating three Forthragarian Overseers and collecting their keys.
Forthragarian Engineering Pod
The Forthragarian Engineering Pod is a device located behind the Tripartite Barrier that uses Phase Duractor to upgrade certain items to higher tiers. This is currently the only way to get some of the highest tiers of certain resources.
1 Phase Duractor will upgrade:
- 1 Extraordinary Metal Slab to 1 Otherworldly Metal Slab
- 2 Awesome Animal Skin to 2 Incredible Animal Skin
- 5 lower tier slab, ink, first aid kit, or armor patch kit to 5 of a higher tier
- 7 lower tier animal skin to 7 of a higher tier
- 10 lower tier parchment to 10 of a higher tier
It will not upgrade wood, phlogiston, recipes, skill books, fish, crafted items (such as chairs), seeds, tannin powder, potions, mushrooms, glue, prisms, gems, meat (such as venison), or sand.
