Collection Owls are capable of collecting items from distant storage locations and delivering them to Statehelm. ProjectGorgon:Chancellor Fisher offers three options for searching items.

- The system is currently only capable of displaying 800 different types of items. - An owl will collect ALL of an item in your storage. - 1 Stop = 1000 Councils.
