Strange Alchemist: A mysterious alchemist is standing just outside of Serbule. He has something to offer you. (Speical Event).
"Here you are, dear boy. A present for you! Ha ha ha ha ha! No need to thank me! Your expressions of joy are all I need. Go on, drink it, drink it!
The Creepy Alchemist is an Event NPC who first appeared outside of ProjectGorgon:Serbule Keep in June 2016. When spoken to, he gives a temporary item that disappears when you log off, and can't be placed in storage. A new potion can be received about half an hour after the effects of the previous one wear off.
