Dragonwilds:Blightscale

Blightscale is a green dragon located at the south side of the cliffs leading up to the Silverthorn Keep, northeast of the ominous gateway. She is immediately past some willow trees and a small set of ruins. There is a spectral door in the small clearing where he's located. The scroll is found near some bones in the clearing.
