{{FakeImage|content|caption}} displays content as if it were an image thumb, with the optional caption caption.

Optional parameters are as follows:

`align`	CSS alignment value; `none`, `left`, `right` or `center`	Determines where the FakeImage appears in the text
`style`	e.g. `border:none`	CSS style applied to the container
`image-style`	e.g. `border:none`	CSS style applied to the image box inside the container
`width`	CSS length value. Use px, em, ex, % or similar as units, e.g. `150px`	Minimum width of the content container.
