Usage

Note: Always use {{subst:Migration welcome}}. Never use {{Migration welcome}}.
Parameters
topic
Using the topic parameter will automatically create a topic header.
Example: {{subst:Migration welcome|topic=Hello}} produces:
== Hello == (welcome message here)
sign
Your signature and timestamp is automatically appended to the message. To disable the automatic signature, use sign=no.
Example: {{subst:Migration welcome|sign=no}}
