Template documentation (for the above template, sometimes hidden or invisible)

This template can be used to warn a user for undiscussed page splits. This notice can be used on a user's talk page by using the following wiki syntax: {{subst:Uw-split|name of article|optional text}}. It will result in the following text:

It will also add ~~~~ to the end of the notice (this can be removed by adding |sig= or adding any kind of text after "sig=")

This template MUST be substituted to make the signature work, otherwise it will only appear as "~~~~".
