Packed mud can be broken by hand, but using a Minecraft:pickaxe speeds up the process. It drops itself even when broken by hand.

Packed mud generates in Minecraft:trail ruins.

Usage

Packed mud can be used for decoration.

Sulfur cube

Template:In development Minecraft:Sulfur cubes have the ability to absorb packed mud, either through picking it up or being interacted with it. This provides the regular/football effect to the mob when hitting it.

History

Trivia

• In real life, mud bricks are made with mud mixed together with straw, and then heated to increase their toughness, which is referenced by the Minecraft:crafting recipe of packed mud in Minecraft:Minecraft. They have a long history of being used as building materials, dating back at least 5,000 years.
