Devlin Marcus was the StarCitizen:Nine Tails lieutenant in charge of securing the StarCitizen:Brushwood Platform during the StarCitizen:Siege of Orison. Little is known about Devlin's history other then that he was responsible for the deaths of the mining crew he was a part of before joining Nine Tails.<ref>Template:Cite RSI</ref>
