Template:Contract The mission Halt Illegal Surveillance tasks the player with taking out illegal StarCitizen:PDC Monitors, aka 'Skimmers'. Finding them requires the use of StarCitizen:Scanning and a mission timer will be triggered once the first is destroyed. It is likely that you will encounter hostile outlaws. The mission StarCitizen:Sound of Silence is essentially this scenario in reverse, eliminating Hurston PDCs.
