In StarCitizen:Star Citizen development, the term LIVE is used to indicate the main environment or branch that players play on, also called Live service. Generally, only the most stable build of a game release will be used on the LIVE branch. Before patches are published to the LIVE branch, they will be tested on the StarCitizen:PTU environment.
