Maria Pure of Heart is the main StarCitizen:hospital in StarCitizen:Lorville, located on the StarCitizen:FO19 Production Quad. It is named in honour of StarCitizen:Maria Wharton, mother of StarCitizen:Chesterfield Hurston and matriarch of the Hurston family. It is equipped with an StarCitizen:Intensive Care Unit ward, an insurance vendor stall, a StarCitizen:Pharmacy and an StarCitizen:Ambulance pad. It also has premium suits for their Privilege members.
The hospital's construction lasted from 2881 to 2889. Over 50,000 patients were admitted during its first year of operation.<ref>Template:Cite game</ref>
