Update Notes: June 13, 2022

This is a minor bug-fix update to address these issues:

- Fix problems with the loading screen not going away

- Fix issues with ability hotkeys not working in certain situations

- Fix issue with ALL hotkeys not working intermittently

- Fix weird wrapping issue with long skill names in the Skill Tracker UI

- Fix inability of some animal forms to access saddlebags
