The Tracker License Certification is the third tier of PVE Bounty Hunting permit offered by the StarCitizen:Bounty Hunters Guild. Completing this certification StarCitizen:mission opens up bounty missions for StarCitizen:Moderate-Risk Target StarCitizen:NPCs.<ref name="ingame">Template:Cite game</ref>
