The UPES Thulsa was a vessel of unknown class that served in the StarCitizen:United Planets of Earth Navy during the StarCitizen:First Tevarin War. StarCitizen:Starman StarCitizen:Denis Parfit served on board. In 2544 his recollections of being attacked by StarCitizen:Tevarin StarCitizen:Talon fighters was recorded. His testimony would later be used by StarCitizen:Esperia to promote the sale of their replica Talons.<ref>Template:Cite RSI</ref>
