Breaking

Blocks of resin can be broken instantly, regardless of held items, or when under the Mining Fatigue effect. When broken, it drops itself. Template:Breaking row

Usage

Because blocks of resin can be broken instantly without any tool, and do not have unusual interactions like slime block, honey block, and Minecraft:TNT, they can be used as a temporary building block that is easy to place and break.<ref>Template:Tweet</ref>

Note blocks

Blocks of resin can be placed under note blocks to produce "bass drum" sounds Template:In or "flute" sounds Template:In.

Sulfur cube

Template:In development Sulfur cubes have the ability to absorb blocks of resin, either through picking them up or being interacted with them. This provides the rubber ball/bouncy effectTemplate:Only or the golf ball/fast flat Template:Only to the mob when hitting it.
