Template:For Template:Infobox location The Sunken Ruins are a cluster of underwater ruins and the main setting of Minecraft:The Twist of the Plot in Minecraft Mini-Series.
Description
The Sunken Ruins are a collection of ruined stone buildings scattered under the sea, occasionally dotted by sea lanterns. A small cave opens among the ruins, leading to a cave-like air pocket. The walls of the pocket are dotted with blocks etched with letters of the Template:W. Breaking the block with the letter Template:W reveals an alleyway full of Athens creepers, which leads to the Hydra's lair which contains the second enchanted ender eye.
History
After managing to find the first enchanted ender eye in Medusa's Cave, Poseidon teleported his contestants to the Sunken Ruins where they struggled to reach the surface in order to gain oxygen. Just before they started drowning, Theseus gave them potions of Water Breathing and introduced himself as Poseidon's son who is here to help.
Quinn then found a cave leading to an air pocket with sparce Greek letters engraved on the walls. Mistaking the Template:W block for an X-mark, she immediately dug through, revealing a chamber full of creepers. Her friends tried hiding in the lake from which they came from, but Quinn manages to defeat the creepers, paving the way to the ender eye chest on a larger lake.
An eager Durango tried reaching out for the chest, before the Hydra emerged from the lake and began attacking the team with explosive fireballs and knocking Zed far away. To Quinn's surprise, the Hydra only shoots in one direction despite its many heads, which she uses for her advantage. She ordered CommuniKate and Durango to attack the Hydra from behind as she distracts it, which they did with success and made way to the ender eye. Poseidon then showed up, informing the team that the next destination will be the Canal before teleporting them there.
