Template:Infobox Item The Draconic Visage is an award obtained from the Dragonwilds:Wise Old Man in exchange for Dragonwilds:Velgar's Head, which is obtained by killing Dragonwilds:Velgar during or after the quest Dragonwilds:Dragon Slayer. It can be used to upgrade the Dragonwilds:Anti-Dragon Shield into the Dragonwilds:Dragonblight Shield.

Trivia
- The Visage appearance resembles that of an Wyvern and Skeletal Visage.
- Unlike Old School RuneScape and RuneScape, the visage is not dropped by Velgar, it is instead handed to the players as an award.
- Green Dragons do not drop these visages also.
