This strange altar is a creation of dragonkin alchemy, more than it is a place of religious observance. It hums with a faint power, imbued as it is with the energies of Ashenfall. Atop the altar sits a resting place for a challenge horn, a device used to summon a dragon and force them into battle.
This altar is attuned to General Velgar, a warrior dragon infused with the power of the earth.
