The following text is transcribed from the Journal.
This stone is stubbornly resistant to magic. Whereas other stones absorb the nascent Dragonwilds:anima, Granite refuses. It exists on its own terms, not the whims of magic. As such, it is highly prized in construction projects, as it resists most magic and those enchantments that do affect it, last much longer.
Legend speaks of a weapon forged from this stone. A great hammer, said to be able to crush almost any armour.
