Turn your limestone this way and that you might spot a fossil. Lesser blue dragons have been in the region for some time, and there were experiments that led to them. Being experiments, they weren't cognitively blessed, so it's entirely possible that you'll find the talon of a dragon that got trapped in a rockfall.
You could also find the odd chicken wing from the Second Age. The Children of Shadows loved a shake and bake.
