Vengeance isn’t a dish best served cold, but one served quickly. Whilst taking years to enact the cruellest retaliation might work in the civilised world, in the wilds of Ashenfall a quick strike is far more valuable.

This ring was first created by one of the Amalgamated, worn as both deterrence and for some small satisfaction when they were targeted by vigilante mobs. It didn’t prevent the bruises, or fix the broken bones, but their assailants attacks would end much more quickly when they discovered they weren’t as untouchable as they thought.
