Template:Infobox NPC The Snickering Ghost is a spirit that can be interacted with during and after the Dragonwilds:Withering Heights quest. They are one of the three suspects that you must speak to in order to find out if they committed the crime or are innocent. He is the murderer; all the clues will point to him.
