Swamp Weed Seeds can be obtained from harvesting wild Swamp Weed.

Sometimes you don't want to grow pretty little flowers, you want to grow something you found in the murkiest corners of the world. Swamp weed, as it's name suggests, is normally found in the deadly swamps of Ashenfall, but with these seeds you can grow them from the comfort of your garden.
