The player can hand the head over to the Dragonwilds:Wise Old Man to receive a Dragonwilds:Draconic Visage, Dragonwilds:Anti-Dragon Shield, and Dragonwilds:Tome of the Dragon Slayer, along with the recipe to make the Dragonwilds:Dragonblight Shield.

General Velgar was one of Queen Kuldra's most feared disciples. Infused with the power of the earth itself, his poison corrupted entire regions and slaughtered countless foes.
The fall of Blue Flame Keep and Bramblemead village, and the obliteration of Saradominist presence on Ashenfall, were orchestrated by Velgar's hand. His army incinerated villagers, priests and soldiers alike. His forces tore down castles and houses with equal relish.
For thousands of years, Velgar was a thorn in everyone's side, until one hero took him down.
Bring this to the Wise Old Man. It is rumoured that he can make something useful from it.
