The Concierge (also known as the Chairman's Club) status is assigned to StarCitizen:backers with purchases equal to or exceeds $1,000 USD. Concierge members are included in the first wave of StarCitizen:Public Test Universe.<ref name="referenceA">Script error: No such module "Cite RSI".</ref>
The announced primary benefit of this status is to be assigned a personal concierge within the StarCitizen:RSI staff to answer the concierge questions, requests, and needs, however this hasn't been the case anymore in a long time.

In addition to the tiered rewards, on occasion one-time rewards may be given to all Chairman's Club members. These rewards are distributed only once and only at a specific time.<ref name="referenceA">Script error: No such module "Cite RSI".</ref>

Concierge pledge store
During the release of new ships, ship paints may be offered exclusively in the concierge section of the StarCitizen:pledge store.
