Cosmetic blueprints are an anticipated non-physicalized item that can be used to apply a cosmetic "StarCitizen:Paint" to an item, including StarCitizen:Ships and StarCitizen:Personal equipment.<ref name=":0">Script error: No such module "Cite RSI".</ref>
Unlike regular StarCitizen:Blueprints, Cosmetic blueprints cannot be used alone to craft an StarCitizen:Item.<ref name=":0" />
Previously available StarCitizen:Ship paints and cosmetically varied StarCitizen:Items will be converted into Cosmetic blueprints to allow for the progressive improvement of items without forcing players to discard their cosmetics.<ref name=":0" />
