Jurl the Boatman offers you a ferry to the strange island of ProjectGorgon:Sun Vale. His dialogue options will tell you a little bit about the place.
If the player asks "Where else can you take me?", the Boatman can return the player to ProjectGorgon:Anagoge Island by going through the dialogue prompts for 300 Councils. First time travelling to either location as an animal will incur an additional one time fee.
