ProjectGorgon:Kimeta is deceased Rakshasa from the City of Povus. Her anger and regrets at the time of her death caused her spectral form to haunt the town.

Favor
ProjectGorgon:Kimeta does not use the favor system.
Finding Kimeta and Providing Proof
ProjectGorgon:Kimeta's ghost will only appear with the right conditions.
- It must be nighttime in Povus. She will not spawn before 8:00pm.
- Ghosts must be spawning in the Sprawl district of the city.
- The light outside her house must be off. If the light is turned on she will despawn.
- If the light is not turned on, she will despawn at 1:15am.
The first time ProjectGorgon:Kimeta is spoken to, she asks for an item. This is not a quest.
