UI

• Added persistence for the default hotbar.

Minecraft:API

• Added Template:Cd which will represent the In-World UI Theme.
  • This feature currently has three functions: Template:Cd, Template:Cd, and Template:Cd.
  • There is a single Template:Cd theme.
  • Future work will add the ability to create, modify, and delete custom themes but the default themes will not be modifiable.

• Updated subset of Template:Cd API to use Template:Cd pattern.
  • Added an alternative Property Pane Template:Cd API that leverages type safe Template:Cd. Observables can be created using Template:Cd API.
    • Added interfaces Template:Cd and Template:Cd for the new property item.
    • Renamed function to create property bag Template:Cd to Template:Cd.
